Anything pornographic, illegal, racist is absolutely forbidden in this forum.
Be aware that this rule is our No.1 rule. So this counts for everything (Signature, Avatar, Posted Links, Threads, Posts, etc.), I will not repeat myself in every rule. So keep in mind that this rule applys for ALL the following rules.
Breaking this rule will lead to immediate ban.

Language:
This forum is English only. Please do not use another language anywhere in this forum except the Languages part of the forum.
Bad grammar or spelling is no reason to flame someone or ban him from this forum. If its really this bad you can message a Forum-Mod about it to deal with the user.

Communication
Offending other players in any case is forbidden.
Because of the problem to decide if it is a "friendly flaming" or a "personal offense" I may ask everyone here to mail a Forum-Mod if you feel offended in any way.
Threat each other with respect and stay friendly to keep this place fun.

Ban Discussions
(I will add this rule now as a test and see if it works)
As we all know Forum-Mods are just humans and can fail too thats why we have this rule.

If you think someone got banned without a proper reason then you can post it here and show how you see it. Then the Forum-Mods can rethink their decision.

Forum Avatar & Sig
All sort of pics not breaking the absolutely forbidden rules are granted.
Animated pics are granted.
The size of the Forum Avatar is auto-restricted so no problem here.
Signatures may not exceed:
Height: 100 px Width: 500 px
or Height: 150px Width: 450px.
Everything bigger will be deleted by the mods with a PM notification.

Posts and Threads
A certain amount of spamming/off topic is granted.
If you spam too much you will get an infraction. 3 infractions = ban.
(How long depens on how often you already got banned for the same reason)
Please make sure you dont start unnecessary threads. Make sure there doesnt already exist a thread about the same topic.

Private messages
Use as you please. Just be aware that the abuse of the PM system (example for flaming another member or spamming their mailbox to death) will be punished.
"But he could have simply blocked me" is no excuse. We will advise this person to block you, but flaming on this forum in ANY way is not granted.

Complaints about Users/ForumMods/ForumAdmins
Please mail a Mod or Administrator about it. Do not make post threads in the forum about it or start flaming him.
Only if this concerns the whole community you are allowed to make a thread in the forum. If the Mod/Admin deletes the thread about himself then mail another Admin to restrict his powers until the situation is clear. Note: Only an Admin can restrict the powers of a Mod or another Admin.

Specific Rules
Some Sub-forums may have their own rules. This can mean that one of the rules here is out of power, or that several rules are added. Make sure to read those rules before postin in this part of the forum.

Advertisement / Links
Links with Referrer-IDs or to thief games are forbidden. Only exception is the off topic forum.
You are allowed to have a link to your personal website or a website you like in your signature.
The Forum Administration takes no responsibility for the contents of those links.
Be aware that you are NOT allowed to post a link to a website with pornographic, illegal, racist contents. Posting a link with those contents will lead to an immediate ban.

Pictures & Copyright
If you want to post pictures do so. Except the Off-Topic forum the pics MUST have to do with the topic of the thread.
The size of posted pictures is restricted to 800x600 pixcels. For everything bigger please get at first the OK from a Forum-Mod or just post the link.
Please make sure contents you post are not under Copyright law.

Punishment

Breach of rules will lead to a verbal warning and/or ban. If you try to avoid the ban over creating another account this account will be simply deleted.
In some cases even the IP may be blocked so you will not be able to come back. Please be aware that this will not happen unless you really commit a constant and extreme breach of rules.

The Forum Mods have the right to edit/delete posts and close topics. They are not allowed to delete a thread. This will only be done by a Forum Administrator. A Forum Mod has only the permission to send a thread to the basket/Archive. Please follow the Forum-Mods instructions as long as they apply to the rules. Discussions about the behaviour of a Forum Mod/Admin are to be held over PM. As stated only if it concerns the whole community you are allowed to make a thread in:

Be aware that a complaint is not an allowance to flame the Mod/Admin. If you offend him in a personal way you will be punished.
Arguing against our team here and trying to make problems will be punished. Anyway the threads will not be deleted but sent to http://tww8.forumh.net/suggestions-improvement-complaints-f6/ if they are not already there. Please notice:
This is to improve our community here and to make sure that Mods and Admins cannot abuse their powers. BUT if you abuse this system and just try to create a problem this will lead to account deletion and Ip-Ban.


If you notice that your post was deleted then with a good reason. Do not rewrite it. Edited posts will always have an EDIT: "Reason"
so you and everyone else can see why it was edited.
For Forum-Mods/Admins: Note that you are not allowed to edit/delete a post/thread without a proper reason.

We DO NOT reserve the right to ban players even if they haven't violated the stated forum rules. Banning isnt for fun. It should only be done with a reason.
